Junior Architect

The Junior Architect supports the successful execution of architectural projects through involvement in design, planning, and project delivery. This role provides an opportunity to gain practical experience while working closely with senior architects on design development, documentation, coordination, and site activities.

Core Responsibilities

• Preparing and updating detailed architectural floor plans, working drawings, and as-built plans.
• Translating 2D plans into 3D models and presentation renders for client approval.
• Opportunity to conduct out-of-town site visits and collaborative workshops with the client, and as well as site documentation.
• Coordinating and liaising with client/s, engineers, suppliers and internal departments.
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Graduate of a Bachelor of Science in Architecture.
• Atleast 1 year of relevant experience in a design firm.
• Proficient or knowledgeable in Autocad, SketchUp, and basic rendering engines like Enscape.
• Excellent communication and intrapersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledgeable and Familiar with Local Building Codes and Practices
• Must be willing to conduct site visits.
• Willing for a project-based contract
