Qualification
- Master’s degree in Library and Information Science (MLIS) or Library Science (MLS).
- Licensed Librarian (RA 9246).
- Experience in academic library management, ideally in higher education.
- Background in digital librarianship, cataloging standards, and library information systems.
- Advanced knowledge of library operations and information resource management.
- Strategic leadership and long-term library development planning.
- Competency in digital cataloging, electronic resource management, and Integrated Library Systems (ILS).
- Strong administrative oversight and policy implementation skills.
- Budget planning, acquisition management, and resource allocation.
- Effective supervisory skills and staff development capability.
- Excellent research support, information literacy facilitation, and service-oriented communication skills.
