We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead our HR strategies and initiatives in Taguig City, Philippines. The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of progressive HR experience and will be instrumental in shaping the company culture, enhancing employee engagement, and driving organizational effectiveness.

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention initiatives

Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership on all people-related matters
