Carpark Operations Manager

The Carpark Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the operations of the specified region carpark facilities, ensuring that standards are maintained of their designated malls and SMDC Retail Projects. This position is integral in maintaining the highest standards of customer experience, optimizing revenue opportunities and overseeing the efficiency of car park facilities in the region. The role will lead and coordinate audit results, emphasizing the implementation of policies and procedures uniformly of their designated malls and SMDC Retail Projects. Achieve cost-efficiency, revenue goals, and customer satisfaction and support their respective malls and SMDC Retail Projects.

Responsibilities

• Revenue Management - optimize revenue generation and management of parking fees for the assigned Region
• Operational Excellence - maintain high operational standards for carpark facilities for the assigned region
• Expense Management - ensure cost-effective operations while maintaining quality and safety standards
• Reporting & Analysis - provide timely and accurate reports on carpark operations and audit
• Project Management - ensure smooth planning, execution, and operationalization of parking facilities for new and renovated malls
• Customer Experience - ensure exceptional customer service within parking facilities

Experience & Educational Requirements

• Graduate of any 4-year degree course
• With at least 5 years of related work experience
• Preferred skills: proficient oral and written communication, presentation skills, negotiation skills, decision making skills, customer service, research and analysis

Work Location

• Candidates must be willing to be assigned in the Head Office - MOA Square, Pasay City
• Willing to travel and be on flexible work arrangements
