- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in training and mentoring new team members as needed.
- Educational Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience Level:1-3 years of customer service experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties:Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Qualities and Traits:Must be patient, proactive, and detail-oriented.
