- Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: 13 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Qualities and Traits: Patience and empathy towards customers.
