Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 35 years of experience in business development, partnership management, sales, account management, or channel development.
- Experience in the automotive, motorcycle, e-bike, retail, consumer products, mobility, or technology industry is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in developing and managing partnerships, dealer networks, affiliates, influencers, resellers, or strategic collaborations.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales, partnership, or business growth targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, market share, and growth objectives.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the B2C sales team to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Establish sales goals, quotas, and performance standards for team members.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop sales personnel to improve productivity and effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
