Key Responsibilities
1. Client Value Enhancement
- Develop and execute strategies to strengthen client value propositions, focusing on year-over-year efficiency gains.
- Drive adoption of advanced capabilities and solutions within existing client engagements.
- Champion the use of analytics and data-driven insights to deliver measurable ROI and business impact.
2. Revenue Growth (Existing Clients)
- Lead upsell and cross-sell initiatives to drive incremental revenue across the current client base.
- Track performance against revenue targets and implement corrective actions to ensure goal attainment.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with sales, marketing, product, and delivery teams to align on priorities and ensure effective execution.
- Provide leadership and strategic direction to cross-functional teams to achieve value delivery and growth objectives.
4. Product Management & Implementation Support
- Provide oversight and guidance across the product lifecycle, supporting product managers, developers, and implementation teams.
- Facilitate strong collaboration and communication across product, development, and delivery teams.
- Contribute to product roadmaps and implementation plans aligned with organizational strategy.
- Monitor initiative progress and track impact against business objectives.
- Identify and mitigate risks and implementation challenges to ensure successful delivery.
