Qualifications
Bachelo's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, Agribusiness,
or any related field.
At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the
agricultural, seed industry.
Experience in supervising or leading a sales team is an advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of social media management and digital marketing strategies is an
advantage.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working under minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve
company targets.
Supervise, coach, and support Market Development Representatives and Sales
personnel in their assigned territories.
Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic sales and marketing reports.
Coordinate product demonstrations, field trials, farmer meetings, seminars, and
promotional activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key customers.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
Ensure proper execution of marketing programs and promotional campaigns.
Assist in forecasting sales and inventory requirements.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely product availability and
customer satisfaction.
Perform other duties that may be assigned by management.
