Get to Know the Role

We're looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager who's eager to grow fast, take ownership early, and build work that creates real business impact. This role is ideal for marketers who enjoy solving consumer problems and turning ideas into execution.

You won't just support campaigns — you'll help shape how one of the country's most used brands stays relevant in an evolving market.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Build Campaigns That Matter. Lead end-to-end 360 campaigns across Digital, Social, PR, CRM, Partnerships, and On-Ground activations. These campaigns involve insight generation and strategy development, followed by execution, optimization, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Turn Insights Into Action. Work closely with consumer, market, and performance data to identify opportunities, sharpen campaigns, and improve results.
  • Work With Teams. Collaborate with Brand, Product, Creative, PR, Media, Analytics, and Operations teams to bring campaigns to life.
  • Grow Through Ownership. High performers in this team trust themselves with meaningful ownership early — from leading campaign workstreams to driving cross-functional initiatives and solving key business challenges.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, brand, communications, growth, or agency roles
  • Ability to balance creativity with analytical and business thinking
  • Proactive and collaborative in working across teams
  • Curious about consumer behavior, culture, and what makes campaigns resonate
  • Motivated to learn, grow, and take ownership
