Work Arrangement: Work From Office

Location: Philippines - Angeles/Mabalacat

Schedule: Morning shift

Job description:

• Lead the product discovery and delivery process for AI-powered solutions, including automated candidate communication systems, business unit AI assistants, and custom agent frameworks
• Contribute deep knowledge of AI/ML capabilities, limitations, and industry trends to help shape our product strategy
• Work closely with the Chief AI Officer to execute on our AI strategy and achieve key objectives across business units
• Collaborate with product designers and engineers to discover and deliver effective AI solutions that meet our accuracy and performance targets
• Drive the development of AI features that achieve high user adoption rates and satisfaction
• Ensure AI solutions meet business constraints across marketing, sales, service, finance, legal, and governance considerations
• Track industry trends and competitive landscape in AI/ML space, particularly in talent acquisition and business process automation
• Define and track key metrics for AI product success, including performance, user adoption, and business impact

Qualifications and requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
• 3+ years of product management experience
• Demonstrated understanding of modern product discovery and delivery techniques
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand and discuss AI/ML concepts with engineering teams and the executive.
• Proven track record of shipping successful products that achieve high user adoption
• Experience with natural language processing, machine learning, and conversational AI applications
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex AI capabilities into clear business value
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders through data-driven arguments
• Experience working on AI/ML-powered products
• Experience with talent acquisition or HR technology products
• Knowledge of large language models and their application in business contexts
• Background in developing AI governance frameworks and ethical guidelines
• Experience with agile development methodologies and ML ops practices
