We are hiring for an Agile Functional Tester for our client M3 on behalf of L'EVATE.

You'll collaborate with developers, product owners, and automation testers — helping shape quality standards across the entire SDLC.
What You'll Do
- Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases for web apps, APIs, and backend systems
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing
- Ensure traceability between user stories, test cases, and defects
- Run end-to-end test scenarios and validate data integrity
- Log and manage defects using Jira/Azure DevOps
- Join Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives)
- Communicate risks and testing progress with clear reports
- 3–6 years QA functional testing experience (manual, web + API)
- Strong understanding of Agile SDLC (Scrum/Kanban)
- Skilled at writing clear and comprehensive test cases
- Experience with Postman, Swagger, or Fiddler for API testing
- Familiar with defect tracking in Jira or Azure DevOps
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work EST Time Zone
- Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related
- Basic SQL knowledge (data validation)
- Exposure to performance, security, or accessibility testing
- Knowledge of automation concepts
