You will deliver reliable administrative and operational support by executing defined, process‑driven activities with a strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.
You will perform a range of administrative tasks in support of service operations processes. Specific responsibilities may include but are not limited to – initial screening of applications, scheduling interviews and post-interview decision meetings, gathering availability from candidates and assessors, supporting the organization of events and managing communication with multiple candidates as well as creating reports. You’ll also maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant information in our candidate tracking system and use various recruiting-related tools.
You will manage day‑to‑day process administration within your assigned scope, proactively resolving issues and ensuring smooth, efficient operations while consistently meeting quality standards.
You will organize, manage, and share people‑related and operational information across multiple systems, handling sensitive data with discretion and integrity. Acting as a first point of contact for queries within your scope, you will proactively share knowledge, know when to seek guidance, and ensure inquiries are directed to the appropriate stakeholders. Accurate and timely data entry in applicant tracking and case management systems will be critical to supporting effective reporting, compliance, and decision‑making.
You will contribute to process excellence by supporting the adoption and implementation of new processes and projects, while continuously identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and stakeholder experience. With a mindset focused on continuous improvement, you will help strengthen operational effectiveness and support evolving business needs.
You will be part of our Talent Attraction Operations team which provides operational support to Talent Attraction function, based at our MGS Manila office located in Manila, Philippines.
Your team has a broad scope of responsibility across the TA spectrum and is dedicated to supporting delivery and continuous process improvement of various talent attraction teams in Asia. You will partner with recruiting managers, recruiters and our counterpart TA Operations teams in Americas and Europe to align on centralized, global TA processes.
Collaboration is central to your impact. You will work closely with colleagues across Talent Attraction and People Operations, providing support during peak workloads, offering coverage when needed, and building strong professional relationships. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
1+ years of relevant work experience preferably in recruiting or human resources
Strong Microsoft Office skills: additional experience with recruiting tools and programs is preferred
Outstanding organizational skills; ability to coordinate multiple streams of work independently
Demonstrated initiative, judgment and maturity; ability to handle confidential information
Flexibility to deal with ambiguity and last-minute changes; ability to remain calm under pressure
Ability to prioritize and look beyond own responsibilities to help team members with urgent deadlines
Great attention to detail and a solid customer service orientation
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills; ability to build strong relationships
Excellent communication skills
