You will support tax preparation activities, manage client communications, coordinate schedules, organize documentation, and assist with various accounting and administrative functions. Salary

  • Php 25,000 Monthly Salary Package (excluding perfect attendance bonus of Php1,000.00, night differentials, and potential account-specific incentives)

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain organized filing systems and company records.
  • Provide administrative support to managers and stakeholders.
  • Schedule appointments, client meetings, and calendar activities.
  • Prepare meeting summaries and send client reminders.
  • Assist with tax return preparation processes, including sending organizers and signature forms.
  • Collect, sort, and organize client documentation.
  • Create and maintain workpapers using relevant software tools.
  • Enter and update information within tax preparation software and internal systems.
  • Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
  • Support process compliance and adherence to established workflows.
  • Assist with task tracking and administrative reporting.

Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Experience supporting accounting, tax, bookkeeping, or administrative functions.
  • Familiarity with tax documentation and common IRS forms is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to follow structured processes and workflows consistently.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Capable of handling multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and business software tools.
  • Experience with document management, scheduling, and client coordination.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Comfortable handling confidential financial and client information
