As An Accounts Assistant, You Are Responsible For
- Data entry of accounts payable invoices into the Urbanise system from the group email box.
- Handling of any related queries on the invoices.
- Forwarding of any queries to the appropriate staff if necessary
- Follow up with Body Corporate Managers (BCM) and /or suppliers for any invoices that have been rejected by the BCM's.
- Daily bank reconciliation processing
- Following up with BCM's or other staff for any Bank reconciling items over 3 days old
- Assist Debt collection team with email queries such as sending out statements or invoices to Owners
- Any other administration tasks to assist the Finance team
- At least 1 year or more of experience in data entry and bank reconciliation
- Experience handling email correspondence with suppliers and internal staff
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and any accounting softwares
- Strong attention to detail and ability to enter high volumes of data with accuracy and minimal errors
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse
- stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
