Job Summary

As an executive assistant, you’ll play a vital role in upholding these values by supporting our sales manager (and other reps/management as required) with many and varied tasks including email and diary management, joining online client meetings, booking flights, cars and hotels, preparing meeting presentations and liaising with marketing as required, meeting note taking and CRM management and keeping things on track by following up the various stakeholders.

You will wear a second hat, which will manifest as joining the technical sales team for Marine, which at times includes proactive calls to clients and prospects, and creating savings calculators for our client projects, including rollout plans for very large marine projects in line with client demands.

Requirments

  • We are looking for a very high level of attention to detail, brilliant (the highest level of) understanding, reading, and writing English.
  • This role will be to run the admin of the marine sale, including personal EA for travel and day planning, etc., but also an admin coordinator for all Marine Order processing and quotes
  • She will need altruism and be quick, energetic,c and adaptable yet tenacious.
