Performs day to day processing of accounts payable transactions. Activities include but not limited to the following:
Acts as alternate in updating tickets of Customer refunds in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and Input Accounts payable voucher number in TFA for Items related to AP-Reg.
Acts as primary custodian of all documents of Financial and General Accounting. This includes maintaining, monitoring and safekeeping of Accounts Payable Vouchers (APV) and related documents, Check Vouchers, Journal Vouchers and other accounting documents. This also include warehousing of documents.
Qualifications
- Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services.
- Verify that transactions comply with the established policies and procedures.
- Edit disbursement entries in the A/P module, if needed.
- Manage the uploading of data in the bank system for crediting of advances reimbursements of employees.
- Imports data needed in bank system for check printing.
- Inputs vendor codes in the system to clear the open items transactions.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting
- 2 - 3 years experience in accounts payable processing
- Supervisory skill
