Accounting Intern

• Assist in filing and maintaining client records
• Assist in preparing AR reconciliation
• Basic recording financial transactions and managing ledgers.
• Assist in filing of documents in A/R Accounting Department.
• Update A/R Ledger per account.
• Assist in preparing sales invoices to customer.
• Legal documents collating & sorting
• Perform all necessary additional functions required by the immediate superior.

• Minimum Qualifications: Has background knowledge in Microsoft Excel
• Basic Accounting Skills
• Ability to identify and solve financial and accounting-related issues
• Organized
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace
• Willing to report onsite everyday
