Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual investor reports
  • Compile financial statements, KPIs, and performance metrics
  • Reconcile reporting data with accounting records
  • Analyze variances and trends

Investor Communications

  • Respond to investor inquiries
  • Coordinate distribution of reports and notices
  • Maintain investor reporting calendars and deadlines
  • Assist with presentations and investor meetings

Data Management & Analysis

  • Aggregate data from accounting, treasury, operations, and portfolio systems
  • Validate data accuracy and completeness
  • Produce dashboards and management reporting
  • Support forecasting and budgeting processes
