The Accounting Assistant provides day-to-day support to the Accounting Department by assisting with financial records, data entry, reconciliations, and administrative accounting tasks.

Job Description

  • Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting schedules
  • Help prepare invoices, billing statements, and payment records
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and tracking of collections, and disbursements
  • Organize and maintain accounting files, both digital and physical
  • Assist in preparing basic financial reports for management review
  • Coordinate with internal teams regarding billing, payments, and documentation
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of financial and client information
  • Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; (relevant internships are an advantage)
  • Amenable to work in Mandaluyong
