The Credit Assessment Associate role revolves in the assessment, evaluation, and review of credit applications to determine if the customer or the business is creditworthy.
Job Description
- Approving and/or rejecting cases within prescribed time frame.
- Verifying client's credit worthiness based on internal company data, use of external resources, documents submitted and through phone call verification.
- Completing assigned daily reports for Team Leaders review.
- Acting as process Subject Matter Expert.
- Creating new techniques and approaches to be more efficient in decision making process.
- Driving insights and design, developing and implementing strategies, KPIs and quality management.
- Handling operations in different markets like PH, SG, TH, MY, depending on the assignment of the Immediate Superior.
- Preferably with previous or related experience in Credit Assessment.
- Knowledgeable in Credit Assessment trends and practices, Credit/lending laws and regulations.
- Knowledgeable in PH ID verification.
- Preferably previously working in the Financial Services industry, Banking industry, BPO, or any related industry.
