Responsibilities - Accountant (100% Remote)

Responsibilities - Accountant (100% Remote)
- Perform general accounting functions, including month-end closing, journal entry preparation, account reconciliations, intercompany transactions and variance analysis.
- Prepare monthly working papers for APAC legal entities.
- Support corporate secretarial activities and statutory audit requirements.
- Lead and oversee the payroll process across assigned entities.
- Handle day-to-day treasury activities such as bank transactions, cash flow tracking, and payment processing for vendors, consultants and employees
- Review employee expense claims and credit card transactions for accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting exercises
- Perform other duties as assigned by the APAC Finance Director.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
- At least 5-6 years in an Accountant role.
- Audit experience preferred
- Detail oriented, organized, and delivers results efficiently.
- Highly motivated, and self-driven, able to work under pressure to meet business needs within demanding timescales, in a complex hands-on operational environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace applications
- Able to effectively work independently
- Flexible and able to quickly adjust to a dynamic changing business environment.
- Experience with SAP Business One or S4 Hana, as well as Salesforce, a plus.
- 120,000 PHP / month
