Accountant

We are seeking a competent and motivated Accountant to support and manage the Groups accounting operations across its trading, industrial, and real estate businesses.

The role is responsible for assisting in maintaining, accurate financial records, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting internal controls, and contributing to efficient accounting processes. The accountant will work closely with management and other departments to support financial transparency and business operations. Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Compliance

• Assist in daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, payroll support, and month-end/year-end closing activities.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports in accordance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).
• Assist in ensuring compliance with BIR, SEC, LGU, and other regulatory requirements.
• Support tax filings and coordinate documentation for external auditors and consultants.
• Assist during the annual audit process and preparation of audit requirements.
  
  

Accounting Operations

• Maintain organized financial documentation and accounting records.
• Monitor receivables, payables, and assist in tracking cash flow.
• Assist in inventory, procurement, and other financial transaction monitoring.
• Support the preparation of reports required by management.
  
  

Financial Monitoring & Support

• Assist in budgeting preparation and financial monitoring.
• Provide basic financial analysis and reports to support operational decisions.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting entries.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Accountancy
• CPA passer (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and Philippine taxation is an advantage
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and integrity
• Familiarity with accounting systems (QuickBooks or ERP) is an advantage but not required
• Willing to work on a Monday to Saturday work schedule.
