The job holder will be responsible for carrying out Statutory reports, taxes and general accounting duties as well as Treasury Support function as required.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support daily treasury operations, including cash positioning, bank transaction monitoring, and funding coordination.
- Monitor funding requirements and support the management of intercompany and group cash flows.
- Assist in the setup, maintenance, and administration of bank accounts, bank mandates, and online banking access in line with internal controls.
Coordinate with banks and internal stakeholders on banking matters, credit facilities, documentation, and operational issues. - Support bank and credit line management activities.
- Assist in the monitoring, confirmation and documentation of foreign exchange and commodity hedging transactions, where applicable.
- Ensure treasury transactions and related records are accurate, complete, and properly documented for audit and control purposes.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end treasury reporting requirements.
- Participate in treasury process improvements, system enhancements, and ad hoc finance or treasury projects as assigned.
- Keep a timely, full and accurate set of accounting books of the company, reflecting its activities in a manner commensurate with statutory requirements, and subject to internal guidelines.
- Reconcile accounts and monitors expenses,
- Liaison with the auditors on a yearly basis, communicating answers to queries.
- Responsible for supporting the company’s treasury operations through effective cash management, liquidity monitoring, bank administration, and financial reporting. The job holder will assist in cash flow forecasting, funding coordination, bank account management, credit line monitoring, and treasury-related controls, while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and procedures. The role also supports foreign exchange and commodity hedging administration, working capital reporting, and other treasury initiatives as required.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
A detail-oriented accounting professional with 3–4 years of relevant experience, strong IT skills (Dynamics 365 for AP/AR), and multi-currency accounting expertise. The role requires excellent numerical ability, organization, and communication skills to effectively coordinate with branch offices and suppliers while meeting deadlines and working collaboratively within a team.
