- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Analysis, Project Operations, or a similar role in a software/project environment.
- Strong requirements skills: user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, workflow/process mapping.
- Working knowledge of agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban), backlog grooming, and sprint ceremonies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate between business and technical stakeholders.
