Account Onboarding Officer responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant account setup across BPI Wealth segments. Handles document validation, AML/KYC due diligence, system data integrity, and end-to-end account lifecycle processing while supporting audit readiness and client service excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Review, validate, and process account onboarding documents, ensuring full compliance with AML/KYC regulations and internal standards across Private, Institutional, and Personal Wealth accounts.
  • Maintain accurate client data and perform account lifecycle transactions (setup, amendments, termination) across BPI Wealth systems while resolving client and internal inquiries.
  • Manage document control, records inventory, and audit support, including monitoring deficiencies, ensuring timely regularization, and preparing accurate reports.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Financial Services, Wealth Management, or Trust Operations with working knowledge of AML and KYC requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage sensitive information and meet deadlines.
