You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelēz International Digital Services, working to support impeccable service operations.
Global Talent and Performance Advisor
Stakeholder Management
- Support senior team members in managing stakeholder relationships and deliverables across Talent and Performance processes
Project Management
- Support the execution of Talent & Performance projects by tracking timelines, working on deliverables, and flagging issues
- Assist in coordinating across teams to ensure alignment and progress; escalate risks as needed
Ticket Management
- Answer and manage incoming ticket requests related to Talent and Performance processes in a timely manner
- Triage and escalate complex queries to senior team members as needed
- Ensure tickets are tracked, updated, and resolved within agreed service levels
Process Improvements
- Support and/lead process improvement initiatives across Talent and Performance by gathering data, documenting current processes, and assisting in implementation
- Lead in updating and maintaining ways of working documentation to ensure processes remain current and efficient
- Identify opportunities for improvement and share recommendations with the team
Communication & Materials Development
- Assist in developing clear, engaging materials (guides, comms, etc.)
- Help translate complex processes into simple, understandable messaging under guidance from senior team members
What We Are Looking For
- Background in Talent and/or Performance processes
- Background in Service now and Workday experience
- Background in analyzing data and/or handling reports
- Background in developing communication materials
- Background in project management or handling multiple initiatives
- Good stakeholder management
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability
- Team player, proactive, and self-driven
- High sense of ownership and accountability
