Job Summary

We are seeking a commercially driven and relationship-oriented Key Account Manager & Business Development Manager to manage strategic customer accounts while driving new business growth within a B2B environment.

This hybrid role combines account management and business development responsibilities, requiring someone who can strengthen existing partnerships, identify new opportunities, develop market strategies, and contribute to overall business growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and capable of building strong relationships across multiple industries and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1.Key Account Management

  • Manage and grow assigned key accounts to achieve sales and profitability targets
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and serve as a trusted business partner
  • Understand customer needs, business priorities, and market challenges
  • Conduct regular business reviews and customer meetings
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and portfolio expansion within existing accounts


2.Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the company’s customer base
  • Generate leads, conduct prospecting activities, and build a strong sales pipeline
  • Lead commercial discussions, presentations, negotiations, and contract agreements
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored customer solutions and proposals


3.Commercial & Strategic Support

  • Prepare sales forecasts, account plans, and business development reports
  • Drive revenue growth while maintaining healthy margins and profitability
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Technical, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and Development teams
  • Support product launches, innovation projects, and strategic initiatives
  • Provide customer and market insights to support business planning and strategy
  • Craft client proactive presentations and prepare kits for presentation (Fabric Care)


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in B2B sales, key account management, or business development
  • Proven track record in managing accounts and acquiring new business
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Strong commercial and analytical mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CANVA
  • Comfortable in presenting to customers
