The Logistics Assistant plays a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient flow of goods and materials throughout the supply chain. This position is responsible for preparing and processing shipping documents, monitoring shipment statuses, and coordinating with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. The role also involves maintaining documentation, assisting with reporting, and managing data entry tasks to support daily logistics operations.

• Prepare and process shipping documents such as invoices, bills of lading,
• HS Code summary and customs paperwork.Prepares Packing List and Allocation.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to internal teams via Nav or Monday.com
• Communicate effectively with suppliers, carriers, and warehouse staff to resolve any issues or delays.
• Support the logistics team in maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
• Assist with reporting and data entry related to logistics operations.
• At least 1-year previous experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain support.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Quick encoding/data entry skills and proficiency in excel is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and logistics software or ERP systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
