We’re on the lookout for a Writer who can bring clarity, warmth, and a touch of wit to every piece of communication — from marketing campaigns to customer service flows to microcopy in the app. This role is at the heart of how Skyro speaks to its customers, helping us connect with Filipinos in a way that’s human, clear, and aligned with our evolving tone of voice.

What you will do

• Write clear, engaging, and customer-first content for marketing campaigns, customer communications, and product UX
• Craft push notifications, SMS, email, and in-app messages that are aligned with brand goals and tone
• Collaborate with marketers, designers, researchers, and product managers to shape end-to-end messaging
• Contribute to the application of tone of voice guidelines and editorial standards
• Help shape the customer journey with copy that informs, empowers, and delights
• Refine messages based on user feedback, testing results, and what the numbers say about content performance

What you should have

• Experience writing for tech, fintech, or customer-facing digital products — including UX writing for web or mobile interfaces
• Strong portfolio with examples of UX writing, product copy, campaign writing, and user-focused messaging
• Deep understanding of how words influence behavior and improve user experience
• Familiarity with writing across multiple channels: email, push, SMS, landing pages, mobile app, etc.
• Comfortable switching tones between playful, empathetic, and informative in accordance with the Skyro tone of voice
• Fluency in English and Filipino with a strong knowledge of Filipino culture and communication styles
