Position Statement


The role of the Project Supervisor is an integral one within the client Workspace team. The Project supervisor provides a single point of coordination and care to high level executives and project managers managing the office relocation and other workspace-related services.


The primary function of the project supervisor role is to provide the much-needed support, guidance and skills expertise to the Business Development Manager and Operations Team including its corporate clients.


Working to support the Business Development Manager and Operations Team to the roll out of effective and on time communication, process improvements and enhancements, planning, cost reduction and work efficiency initiatives.


Key Performance Indicators

  • Corporate client satisfaction
  • Internal client satisfaction
  • Timely submission of reports and other project-related documentations
  • Successful project initiatives and implementation generating up to 5% cost reduction from planned budget.
  • Work with BDM to generate timely submission and receipt of customer feedback.


Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Assist BDM in customizing project methodology and timelines based on client’s target and budget.
  • Manage sourcing of the needed resources both from available internal and external service partners.
  • Work closely with client and 3rd party in securing work permit and gatepass.
  • Conduct site visits and project monitoring, move mgt. meetings, and timely submission of progress and completion reports.
  • Work efficiently and effectively with project staff in ensuring projects are executed and completed within or less than the client’s preferred timeframe and budget.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Act as a first point of escalation with ultimate accountability for the resolution of the services issue.
  • Improve quality assurance and OSH.
  • Work with BDM and Division Manager in finalizing change order request/s, should services that have rendered were outside the agreed project scope.
  • Plan and initiate cost-reduction approaches for operational efficiency through coaching, testing and implementation of initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with other Crown branches to enable all opportunities in benchmarking activities and technical support that the business may need in handling complex projects.
  • Work with BDM in obtaining customer feedback immediately not later than 5 working days after project completion.
  • Ensures data and business integrity compliance.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Industrial engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1+ year) in project management, specific to service industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
  • With knowledge in project management tools and software.
  • PMP Certified, preferred but not required.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent presentation skills
