About The Role


The Workplace Experience Consultant is a combined leadership in Workplace Experience Services (Concierge, Reception, Meeting and Events) with governance responsibilities under the Performance Improvement Management Office (PIMO) across the APAC region.

This job is part of the Workplace Experience function. They are responsible for providing world-class customer service to the clients and visitors of a designated building.

What You’ll Do


Workplace Experience (50%)

  • Standardize and oversee third-party service delivery across APAC.
  • Build strong client relationships and resolve conflicting priorities.
  • Monitor vendor performance and drive improvements.
  • Align operations with best practices and optimize costs.
  • Ensure business continuity planning and act as a CBRE RISE values ambassador.

Performance Improvement Management Office (50%)

  • Lead governance processes and ensure policy compliance.
  • Manage KPI/SLA reporting and provide actionable insights.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify risks and implement solutions.
  • Support strategic initiatives, change management, and continuous improvement.

About You


  • Bachelor's Degree of Hospitality Management or any related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Workplace Experience, Facilities, Vendor Management or Governance.
  • Has experience in vendor management and performance tracking.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Financial and analytical acumen.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Can start ASAP
