Role

In this role, your mission is to enhance operational efficiency through effective workforce management. You will make a direct impact by:

• Monitoring and documenting call-in notifications to ensure seamless communication and performance reviews.
• Creating and maintaining Attendance and Activity Reports (AAR) to oversee timekeeping accuracy.
• Generating insightful monthly reports for clients that inform strategic decision-making.
• Exploring new technologies and AI tools, like Power BI, to elevate analytics and reporting processes.
• Regularly conducting audits to ensure data precision and optimize operational workflows.
  
  
  

This Role Is for You If…

Experience

• You have over 5 years of experience in workforce management, data analysis, or related roles, preferably in fast-paced environments.
  
  
  

Technical Skills

• You are proficient in Power BI and other analytical tools, with strong skills in data management and reporting.
  
  
  

Non-Negotiables

• Excellent communication skills for clear interactions with clients and team members
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement

• Demonstrated experience using AI technologies to enhance workflow and reporting processes
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
