Workforce Associate - Part Time

Key Responsibilities

• Data Management and Analysis
• Maintain, update, and analyze workforce data using Google Sheets or MS Excel.
• Generate accurate reports to support scheduling, forecasting, and operational planning.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Scheduling and Monitoring
• Assist in creating and managing staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage for business operations.
• Monitor attendance, adherence, and compliance with schedules.
• Proactively flag potential scheduling conflicts and collaborate with the team to address them.
• Operational Support
• Support workforce planning activities during peak hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Assist in real-time monitoring of operations to ensure staffing aligns with business demands.
• Provide administrative support as needed.
• Collaboration and Communication
• Communicate schedule updates, changes, and other workforce-related information to relevant teams.
• Act as a point of contact for resolving basic scheduling or workforce inquiries.
  

Qualifications And Skills

• Required
• At least 6 months of experience in a workforce, data analysis, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and/or MS Excel, including familiarity with functions, formulas, and data visualization.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately.
• Willingness to work during weekends, holidays, and on flexible schedules as required by the business.
• Preferred
• Experience in workforce management, operations, or a related field.
• Knowledge of workforce management tools or software is a plus.
• Soft Skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
