Job Description

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Responsible for Workday Procurement and Workday Strategic Sourcing configuration, support, and maintenance activities such as:

  • Setup of new users, user and security groups
  • Maintenance of foundational data and work tags
  • Setup of new business process rules
  • Performing regular tests and root cause analyses
  • Support deployments and tenant maintenance
  • Oversee and troubleshoot integrations (EIB)
  • Collaborate with Technical Teams to ensure Workday fits into the broader HelloFresh system architecture
  • Collaborate with external parties (e.g. Workday or Implementation Partner)
  • Work with business stakeholders across various departments to understand their requirements and guide them on using Workday Procurement and Strategic Sourcing effectively.
  • Support training sessions for end users.
  • Formulate actionable recommendations/ workarounds based on data to meet business needs


What You'll Bring

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Masters degree is preferred but not mandatory
  • 3 years + experience with Workday Finance implementation, configuration, and maintenance in a multi-national environment
  • Experience with data migration and integration in Workday
  • Exemplary and demonstrable stakeholder management experience across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Ability to translate business requirements with complex business scenarios into changes to contracts, including attributes and rules
  • Workday certifications are desirable but not mandatory

  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical audiences.
