Harris Consulting Philippines (HCP) is currently seeking a Full-Time Workday Administrator. This is a remote position, but will require in person training in Makati from time to time for new hire orientations. HCP operates during business hours in the local PH time zone. Flexibility is required for some team meetings during U.S. hours.

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Workday Administrator to manage and support our Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the Workday platform, providing day-to-day support to users, and ensuring data integrity across HR, Payroll, Benefits, and other HRIS modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Administration:
    • Manage Workday configurations, security settings, and business processes.
    • Maintain user access rights and permissions.
    • Ensure data integrity, conducting regular audits and troubleshooting issues.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday HCM, including Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, and Compensation.
  • User Support:
    • Provide technical support to HR, Payroll, Finance, and other stakeholders regarding Workday processes.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system configuration and functionality.
    • Create and update training materials, and provide ongoing system training to end-users.
  • Workday Updates:
    • Monitor, test, and implement new Workday releases, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruption to business operations.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to implement new modules and features.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
    • Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards to meet the needs of the HR and Finance teams.
    • Provide insights and analytics from Workday data to support decision-making.
  • Project Management:
    • Lead or participate in HRIS-related projects such as system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.
    • Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments on Workday-related initiatives.
Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Workday Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Reporting.
  • Proficiency in Workday security administration and business process configuration.
  • Experience with Workday reporting tools, including calculated fields and report creation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Workday certification in HCM, Payroll, or other relevant modules.
  • Experience with Workday integrations and third-party vendor systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
