As an Invoice & Billing Specialist, your main activities will be:
- Answer owner account billing questions by phone, via email, and in Vantaca.
- Respond to AR accounting emails daily.
- Assess the Bank Return section via emails to issue the bank return fee according to the code given to ensure that homeowners are charged correctly.
- Send a welcome letter and order coupons or statements to the new owners.
- Check AR voicemails daily and return calls.
- Send email notices of Condo/HOA payee or payment address corrections to owners who are paying to the management company or to the wrong location.

Monday - Thursday
During US Daylight Saving Time:
- 10:00 PM. - 6:00 AM. Manila Standard Time
- 9:00 PM. - 5:00 AM. Manila Standard Time
During US Daylight Saving Time:
- 10:00 PM. - 3:00 AM. Manila Standard Time
- 9:00 PM. - 2:00 AM. Manila Standard Time
- Competitive Salary.

- MUST HAVE ADVANCED ENGLISH (speaking and writing)
- Around 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, Collections, or similar roles.
- Strong logical and numerical reasoning abilities.
- Feel comfortable and adaptable to different software (Including Microsoft Office).
- Tech Savvy.
- Operating systems: Windows 10/11 or MacOS
- CPU: 1.8 GHz or faster processor
- RAM: 2 GB or more
- Hard drive: 128 GB or more (preferably Solid State Drive)
- Min. 50 Mbps Internet speed
