Train and mentor team members on best practices in workforce management.
What We’re Looking For
A minimum of 1 year experience in workforce management or related fields.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in workforce management software is a plus.
