Monitor and analyze workforce metrics to ensure optimal staffing levels.
Develop and implement effective scheduling strategies.

Prepare reports on performance metrics for management review.
Train and mentor team members on best practices in workforce management.
What We’re Looking For
A minimum of 1 year experience in workforce management or related fields.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in workforce management software is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
