- Be the frontline of WP Live's customer support team, handling inbound calls to deliver exceptional support and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Guide customers in mastering WordPress, including installing and configuring plugins and themes, making design tweaks, and improving overall site functionality.
- Consult with customers about their goals and challenges, offering tailored advice and creative solutions to enhance their website’s performance, design, and marketing strategy.
- Contribute to customer success and business growth, helping small business owners feel confident managing their online presence.

Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.
- You have 1–2 years of customer service experience (required).
- You’re passionate about technology and eager to learn WordPress and related web tools.
- You have strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a desire to help others succeed.
- You’re comfortable interacting with a wide range of people—from small business owners to seasoned developers.
- Experience with internet tools, social media, or small business environments is a plus.
- Bonus points if you have any exposure to WordPress, plugins, themes, or page builders like Elementor, Divi, or WP Bakery.
