This role will focus on managing outbound order activities and ensuring seamless logistics operations. You will oversee order fulfillment, backorder management, and inventory tracking while working closely with third-party logistics (3PL) partners. Additionally, you will troubleshoot order issues, maintain compliance, and optimize shipping performance. Job Description:


As a Wholesale Fulfillment Coordinator (Logistics), you will play a crucial role in managing outbound logistics operations for domestic and international retail partners. You will be responsible for overseeing business-to-business order activities, managing backorders, resolving inventory issues, and collaborating with 3PL partners to ensure smooth order processing. Your role will also involve analyzing shipping performance, maintaining SOP documentation, and ensuring compliance with customer requirements.


What We Are Looking For:

To be successful in this role, you must…


Have experience in logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain operations.

Be detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Have the ability to analyze shipping performance and troubleshoot outbound order issues.

Be proficient in tracking inventory and managing compliance with customer-related logistics policies.

Work well independently and collaboratively with 3PL partners and internal teams.


Job Requirements:


Experience in logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain management is preferred.

Familiarity with 3PL operations, inventory management, and outbound order processing.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage shipping performance and order discrepancies.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
