Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Funnel Strategist/Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team, with a primary focus on creating and maintaining the website for our "Learn to Draw Manga" (LTDM) course. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with WordPress, SEO, and website conversion strategies to drive traffic, optimize user experience, and increase course enrollments. This position is crucial in setting up a new website and marketing funnel from scratch during a 3-month probationary period.

Work Hours:

• 2 Days Off: TBD
• Work from Home
• Flex schedule (You can choose any time between 9 AM - 12 MN PHT but you have to indicate the times. Just make sure you can be present for meetings)

Key Responsibilities:

• Website Development & Management: Create, manage, and optimize the LTDM website using WordPress, ensuring it's user-friendly, responsive, and conversion-focused.
• SEO Optimization: Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic to the LTDM site.
• Funnel Strategy: Design, implement, and optimize marketing funnels to guide potential customers from initial interest to course enrollment.
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Monitor and analyze website performance, focusing on conversion rate metrics to increase the number of visitors who complete enrollment.
• A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing of landing pages, content, and calls-to-action to optimize for conversions.
• Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to ensure the website and landing pages have engaging, SEO-optimized content that aligns with the funnel strategy.
• Analytics & Reporting: Regularly track and report on website traffic, user behavior, conversion rates, and SEO performance. Provide actionable insights based on data analysis.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other marketing team members to align digital strategies with overall marketing goals, ensuring a seamless customer journey.

Requirements:

• Stable internet connection
• Own desktop/laptop
• Minimum 3 Years of Funnel Strategy and Digital Marketing Experience
• Proficient in WordPress website management, responsive design, and user experience (UX) best practices with at least 3 years of experience
• Proven track record of increasing organic traffic and improving keyword rankings using on-page and off-page strategies.
• At least 2 Years of Conversion Rate Optimization
• Proven Track Record in Driving Website Traffic and Lead Generation
• Website Analytics and Reporting Skills
• Ability to manage timelines, execute tasks efficiently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced remote work environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Copywriting and graphic design skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with other paid media platforms (YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads).
• Experience setting up landing pages and optimizing for conversions
• Experience in market research/customer development/customer interviews.
• Sincere interest in art/drawing/calligraphy/painting/journaling/fountain pens.

Compensation:

• P40k - P50k Basic Pay during the 3 to 5 months probation period
• Basic Benefits such as SSS, PAG-IBIG, and PhilHealth
• Mid-year bonus (depending on business sales performance & mid-year evaluation results) + 13th-month bonus
