Provide technical support to end-users on application-related issues
Troubleshoot and resolve application problems efficiently
Monitor application performance and suggest improvements
Collaborate with development teams to implement fixes and enhancements
Create and maintain documentation for support processes
Conduct user training sessions on new features or updates
What We’re Looking For
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in application support or technical support roles
Familiarity with databases and SQL is a plus
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
A customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
