Duties And Responsibilities

• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service with empathy and professionalism.
• Proficiency with customer support platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Gorgias, or similar) and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
• Operate in a professional, fast-paced environment that demands accuracy, multitasking, and effective communication to resolve issues efficiently.
• Engage with customers thoroughly understand their needs and provide comprehensive solutions on the first interaction.
• Actively listen to, assess, and address customers’ concerns by offering tailored solutions through calls, email, chat and sms.
• Learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
• Engage with customers – begin a conversation, anticipate what questions a customers will have, actively share information using plain language, build rapport, and handle objections.
  
  

Minimum Requirements And Qualifications

• Collaborative and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.

• Commits to excellent attendance with proven reliability and can adhere to the agreed-upon work schedule.
