Web Designer - Remote

Overview:

We are seeking a creative Web Designer with a strong understanding of lead generation and marketing strategy to collaborate with our internal web and marketing teams. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining high-converting websites, landing pages, and squeeze pages. The ideal candidate creates intuitive, engaging, and conversion-driven web experiences, can execute from high-level briefs, maintain brand consistency, and optimize designs using user data, testing, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build intuitive, engaging, and conversion-focused websites, landing pages, and squeeze pages for marketing campaigns, lead magnets, and webinars
• Translate high-level marketing and UX strategy into effective wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and final designs
• Ensure a strong user experience (UX) with mobile-responsive, cross-browser–compatible designs
• Collaborate closely with developers, marketing teams, and stakeholders to achieve pixel-perfect implementation and campaign alignment
• Build, update, and optimize pages using tools such as Go High Level, Canva, and AI-assisted design platforms
• Create supporting visual assets and graphics while maintaining brand consistency across all digital channels
• Support additional creative needs for LinkedIn and Google marketing assets as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in design and wireframing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe CC, Adobe ED, Sketch, or Figma.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for design implementation.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and communicate ideas clearly.
