Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Warehouse and Operations Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience with seller central platforms, eBay, and fulfillment services, coupled with a strong understanding of warehouse processes. This role will focus on ensuring efficient warehouse operations, managing order fulfillment, and supporting our e-commerce selling channels.

Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment:

Process and manage orders from Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and eBay, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.

Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure orders are packed, shipped, and delivered according to customer specifications.

Inventory Management

  • Monitor inventory levels across all platforms and coordinate restocking as necessary.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy and identify discrepancies.

Seller Central Management

  • Manage product listings, including uploads, updates, and modifications on Amazon Seller Central and other platforms.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues related to order fulfillment, shipping, and returns.

Warehouse Operations

  • Assist in optimizing warehouse layout and processes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Support in receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming merchandise.

Reporting And Analysis

  • Generate and analyze reports related to sales performance, inventory levels, and fulfillment metrics.
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements based on data analysis.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with customer service, logistics, and inventory teams to ensure coherent operations and communication.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and problem resolution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, e-commerce fulfillment, or supply chain management.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, and Shopify.
  • Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of logistics and shipping processes is a plus.
