- Assign workloads of subordinates, monitor progress, target deliverables, and compliance.
- Coordinate interfacing activities with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Manages and leads distribution activities.
- Tracking and coordinating the loading, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Responsible for document keeping and retrieval as needed.
- Monitoring Operation Costs and ensuring on-time deliverable reports.
- Compliance with daily updates of Outbound Activity.
- Tracking and coordinating the loading, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Ensure KPI's uploads are accurate and timely.
