Job Description:
- The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that skincare products are handled, stored, and dispatched in a timely and efficient manner. The role requires a strong leader with attention to detail who can implement effective systems to improve workflow and manage inventory accurately
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field. 2-3 years of supervisory experience, ideally in skincare or cosmetics.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.
- Understanding of skincare product storage, health and safety regulations. Ability to manage physical tasks (lifting/standing).
- Proactive, team-oriented, and tech-savvy.
