Qualifications & Experience

• Has a Bachelor's Degree in any Business Course or any related course
• Experience in an FMCG Company is an advantage
• Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to direct and coordinate warehouse operations
• Strong organizational skills and time management skills
• Willing to work from Monday - Saturday
• To relocate with company-provided accommodation in Mindanao Region

Tasks & Responsibilities

• The position is responsible for providing support in the overall warehouse management to ensure the efficiency of operation, optimum production outputs, and maintenance and cleanliness of the premises
• Provides the necessary supervision and coordination to each warehouse staff to make sure that they are performing their duties as expected
• Ensures stock level inventory to ensure availability of stocks and accommodate deliveries
• Ensures proper manning levels based on the requirements of production
• Implements Good Warehouse Practices and establishes a good working environment
• Oversees warehouse utilization and double-checks goods delivered to make sure that they are unloaded in the designated bay area
• Performs other tasks as directed from time to time.
