Qualifications:

  • Must possess a degree in BS Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Demonstrates strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Capable of working collaboratively with team members and across departments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

  1. Maintaining and updating records of office supplies, equipment, materials and

tools as regularly

2. Perform counts and ensure all inventory is accounted for and reported

according to company policy

3. Distributing or stocking of office supplies, equipment, tools and materials

4. Maintain adequate inventory levels

5. Receiving and processing company equipment supplies, materials and tools

deliveries and request

6. Investigate and correct discrepancies in reported quantities of all inventory

7. File reports when defective products are discovered

8. Organizing inventory in stock room at all times

9. Manage cycle counts of product inventories on a regular basis

10. Other various tasks as assigned time to time.
