Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the warehouse and delivery team (4 direct reports in Balintawak)
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and cost-efficient deliveries using company-owned trucks
  • Oversee warehouse layout and storage optimization for 12,000+ SKUs
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and address stock discrepancies
  • Coordinate with delivery providers, suppliers, and internal teams (sales, procurement, customer service)
  • Lead the implementation and optimization of Odoo ERP for warehouse operations
  • Establish KPIs and use data to improve warehouse performance
  • Manage import-related logistics processes
  • Identify and resolve operational issues (e.g., delays, stockouts) quickly
  • Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Certifications: CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) is an advantage
  • Experience:
  • Strong track record in inventory management, process improvement, and cost control
  • Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP or similar systems (preferably implementation experience)
  • Background in FMCG, retail, agriculture, pharma, or large-scale logistics operations preferred
  • Experience handling imports is required
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
